Vacancies are available at following LB Finance Branches Dedicated AFS branches (City Office / Maradana) Other branches (Colombo 07/ Dehiwala / Kandy)

Job Responsibility:

• Achieving business targets on lending products.
• Maintaining average mark-up.
• Credit evaluation and preparation of credit appraisals.
• Maintaining expected collection ratio of the portfolio.
• Building up quality and growth of the branch/individual portfolio.
• Organizing of campaigns and promotions for market reach.
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, guidelines and practices.

Your Profile:

• Successful completion of GCE A/L.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Previous experience in a Bank or Finance Company is desirable.
• Professional qualification in Islamic Finance will be considered as an added advantage.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• A good team player with interpersonal skills.
• Pursuit of a any related Diploma / Degree or Professional qualification will be advantageous.
• School leavers can apply under trainee officer category.
