Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for the Bank’s IT applications, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Deliver expert-level support for the Finacle Core Banking System, maintaining system stability, data accuracy, and optimal performance
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot internally developed applications and other enterprise systems critical to banking operations
• Continuously monitor application performance, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing preventive solutions
• Effectively manage incidents, problems, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution with minimal business disruption
• Implement application-level enhancements, changes, and new business requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze business and operational requirements to ensure system performance, compliance, and reliability

Candidate Criteria:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline from a recognized university or an institution
• Minimum 02 – 05 years of relevant experience in application support, with hands-on exposure to Finacle Core Banking products, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
• Proven experience in troubleshooting enterprise applications and supporting business-critical systems
• Exposure to core banking system upgrades, large-scale application rollouts, and basic scripting or programming for debugging or minor enhancements will be a distinct advantage
• Knowledge of AML, Pawning, Leasing systems, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Sound understanding of enterprise application architecture with basic proficiency in SQL/query writing
• Should be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively under pressure in a fast-paced, service-driven banking environment
