Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance the Current Account Portfolio by strengthening the relationship with the existing customer base and acquiring new business banking and SME Customers
• Enhance revenue through introducing innovative fee-based facilities and services
• Execute an aggressive sales strategy to attract new business banking and SME Customers to the bank
• Deliver a higher standard of service by responding promptly to inquiries and coordinating with branch managers and support departments
• Manage all current account transaction requirements within the region

Candidate Criteria:

• Full/part qualification in Sales/Marketing or Banking would be beneficial
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in the banking/finance field with exposure to Liability Sales and Business/ Transactional Banking or Relationship Banking
• Knowledge of basic banking operations, including cash and cheque facilities, would be beneficial
• Strong communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages
• A target-driven professional with proven skills in planning, negotiating, and selling
• A confident, outgoing personality with a strong sales and customer service mindset
