Vacancies

Applications are invited from Sri Lankan citizens who have fulfilled the relevant qualifications to fill the following vacancies in the High Court Complex Management Board.

1. Manager (Administration and Human Resources) – Grade II – MM 1-1 (01 vacancy)

External Applicants (Qualifications 1 or 2 below)

1. Possession of a Degree in Administration and Human Resources Management recognized by the University Grants Commission and one (01) year of post-graduation experience
2. Passing the Intermediate Examination of a recognized chartered professional institution relevant to the field of Administration and Human Resources Management and at least one (01) year of post-graduation experience in the subject area relevant to the post

Internal Applicants (Qualifications 1 or 2 below)

• Must have fulfilled the qualifications for external applicants above.

Must have completed at least five (05) years of satisfactory service in a relevant field in the Junior Management (JM) service category.

Age: Should not be less than 22 years and should not exceed 45 years. The maximum age limit does not apply to internal applicants.

Salary Scale: MM1-1 – Rs. 91,690/= 10X2,480 – 15X3450 – 168,240 =

Starting Basic Salary: Rs. 81,710/- (2026)

(The above salary scale has been presented as per the C.S.D. Circular No. 1/2025 and the starting salary step mentioned in this scale will be effective from 2027.01.01. In addition to the basic salary, other allowances approved by the government will also be paid.)
