FACILITY ENGINEER
Facility Engineer ensures the safe, efficient, operation of the People’s Tower building infrastructure, and MEP utility systems (HVAC, Generator, CCTV, Access Control, electrical MV/LV/ELV, plumbing). Key responsibilities include designing facility upgrades, managing maintenance programs, optimizing energy efficiency, overseeing contractors, and maintaining compliance with health and safety guidelines.
The duties and responsibilities relevant to the position of Facility Engineer among others are;
- Overall responsibility for operations and maintenance of the People’s Tower Building MEP facilities.
- Develop, scheduling, implement, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for building equipment maintenance activities.
- Maintaining maintenance records and documentation and presentation.
- Ensuring effective communication and reporting.
- Energy optimization and identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability practices in the building.
- Create and manage maintenance budgets, analyze costs, and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers for specialized maintenance or repairs.
- Ensure that facilities are in a good and safe condition at all times.
- Any other official duties and responsibilities entrusted by the Bank which is within the capability and/or expertise of the employee to perform.
- Adhere to rules and regulations imposed by the Bank time to time.
