Assistant Manager -Business Development
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for innovation in the laboratory industry? We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Business Development – to drive growth and foster partnerships in our cutting-edge laboratory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
- Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution.
- Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity, preferably in the laboratory or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of laboratory services and technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
