Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the organization’s Business Intelligence (BI) strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate BI, MIS and reporting activities to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand analytical and reporting needs
- Participate in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and system integrations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governance and reporting standards Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using approved BI tools Analyze datasets to identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions Support Bl system upgrades, report migrations, and enhancement initiatives
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare and deliver MIS reports tailored for business users and senior management
Candidate Prerequisites:
- Masters, Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 04-05 years of proven experience in Data, BI or related domains, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
- Hands-on experience in Oracle, MS SQL server
- Strong proficiency in BI Tools including SSIS/SSRS/Tableau/Snowflake/MS Fabric is essential
- Solid understanding of Data Warehouse will be an added advantage
- Advanced skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, with exposure to ETL tools and data integration processes
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
