The Job
- Interact with corporate and individual clients to open deposit accounts and deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain strong customer relationships and handle inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Canvass and cross-sell deposit products to existing and potential customers
- Support departmental operations while ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and adherence to company and CBSL regulations
- Strive for continuous improvement in customer service and back-office functions
The Person
- Minimum qualification: G.C.E. A/L in any stream
- A professional qualification in Banking or Finance will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in the Banking or Finance sector is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a career-oriented attitude are essential
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office applications are required
