CHIEF MANAGER-PROJECT FINANCЕ
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Lead strategic planning to meet project finance targets and drive business development.
- Formulate and update project lending policies.
- Oversee project appraisals, financial modeling, loan structuring, and risk assessments.
- Negotiate funding arrangements and provide strategic guidance to project sponsors.
- Monitor project progress, address stressed projects, and ensure timely recovery actions.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to project finance teams.
- Report to senior leadership and manage additional assigned responsibilities.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
REQUIRED ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/ Agriculture/ Accounting & Finance offered by a University/institution recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka.
AND - Masters of Business Administration or M.Sc. in Project Management offered by a University/institution recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka..
AND - Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA) or Associate Chartered
Accountant (ACA)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum 07 years of experience in Banking and out of which minimum 05 years’ experience in the credit related
area specially in relationship management in project financing or commercial/corporate Banking.
